The Hug Armchair was designed in 2021 in São Paulo, Brazil. The design concept was inspired by the comforting idea of a "hug", leading to the creation of a chair that visually represents layers hugging each other. The biggest challenge was determining the size of each layer to ensure it didn't overpower small spaces or disappear behind other furniture. The solution was to offer customizable colors for each layer, allowing the chair to blend seamlessly into any interior design.

The Hug Armchair has been recognized for its innovative design, winning the Silver A' Furniture Design Award in 2022. This prestigious award is given to designs that demonstrate outstanding creativity, professional excellence, and innovation.
